Our project is called Arbaro, which means "The Forest". We imagine the image of the forest as a metaphor for the inner world in which each person exists, with all their fears, experiences, feelings, emotions and doubts. "The forest" in our representation is the subject, and the person in it is the object, strongly influenced by it. The direction of our research is to look for the different relationships between them.
We would like to create a "forest space" on stage, using materials (paper/wire/thread/fabric/etc.) and/or video projections, lights and theatrical effects. We would also like to place a human figure or humanoid creature (puppet or object) inside this space.
